Spicy Backstability is a full-body strength class with a clear mission: better back health through mindful, targeted movement. Using resistance bands and bodyweight exercises, this class focuses on activating and strengthening the muscles that support your spine—improving posture, boosting mobility, and reducing the risk of back pain over time.

Each 45-minute session combines controlled strength work with mobility training and ends with guided stretches to release tension and promote lasting spinal wellness. Whether you're managing existing discomfort or proactively strengthening your body, this class is a smart and effective step toward a healthier back.
