Spicy Boxing is a no-equipment, bodyweight-only workout that fuses boxing techniques with high-energy cardio. In this 45-minute session, we alternate between explosive boxing combinations and dynamic cardio blocks—keeping the heart rate up, the energy high, and the sweat real. Set to music and led with purpose, each round builds endurance, power, and rhythm while sculpting the entire body.
